Restoring the Supporter pack

The Supporter pack is a one-time purchase through Google Play, and it belongs to your Google account. When you reinstall the game, or move to a new phone signed in to the same account, Google Play restores it automatically.

If it does not come back, open Settings in the game, tap Support the game, then Restore purchase.

Ads and privacy choices

The Android versions show a few ads from Google AdMob, never while you are playing, and the Supporter pack turns them off. Where the law requires your consent, the game asks the first time you open it, and you can change your answer at any time under Settings, Privacy choices.

Reaktor and SecureVault have no ads, and neither do the web versions of the games.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play, so refunds go through Google Play too. You can request one yourself, and Google's refund help page explains how. You can also email me your order number (it starts with GPA.) and I will help.

Deleting your data

There are no accounts. Your progress and settings, and in SecureVault your vault, are kept only on your phone, so uninstalling the app removes all of it. In a web version, clearing the site's data in your browser does the same.

Nothing in SecureVault can be recovered once it is uninstalled. To keep your files, use Create Backup in the vault's Settings first.

The ads in Plumb, Carillon and Apsis come from Google, which holds that data under its own policies. To reset or delete your advertising ID, open your phone's Settings, find Ads (under Privacy or Google, depending on the phone), and choose Reset or Delete advertising ID.

Reporting a bug

Email hello@chaosmos.studio with the name of the game or app, your phone model and Android version, and what happened. A screenshot, or the level number in a puzzle, helps a lot.
